     I first came to vacation on Sanibel Island and Captiva Island Florida in 1973, with my wife and two daughters.  We loved the warm weather, the white sandy beaches and the beautiful azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  We began visiting the Islands here each successive year until moving here permanently in 1979. 

     We came here from Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C.,  where I attended George Mason College, a branch of the University of Virginia, and later worked for a branch of the government in Arlington Virginia for 13 years.       

     Over the years of living here I participated in many island activities such as coaching my daughter’s softball team. In 1989 I was proudly appointed to the position of Treasurer of the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce where I served for two years.  My two daughters went through the excellent school system here, and then both graduated from the University of South Florida, and I am prouid to say are now both elementary school teachers, one in Florida and one in Maine.

     I am in my 10th year of Selling and Listing Homes and Condominium properties on the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva Florida.   I have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer of sales and listings of real estate properties in the Sanibel Island and Captiva Island Florida marketplace. For all my customers, I try to bring some excitement and enjoyment to the buying or selling experience.
