     "My name is Tom Quirk. Andy sold me my property and recently asked me if I would be so kind as to provide him a testimonial. They say that paybacks are hell and sometimes you have to be careful what your wish for. In any event I had the pleasure of meeting Andy almost 10 years ago. I met him while he was doing an open house at 2665 West Gulf Drive, the small ultra-luxurious Bougainvillea condo complex.
